MediaFilez v2.1.5

Instagram downloads now try VideoDropper first, then the existing extractors if it fails.

• Added the encrypted URL resolver with a 20-second deadline and bounded JSON responses.
• Kept guarded transfers, download limits and media validation.
• Preserved video, audio and image processing for Discord.
• Documented the relay and DISABLED_ENGINES=videodropper opt-out. INSTAGRAM_PROXY_FIRST places the configured proxy after VideoDropper.
• Includes the undici 6.29.0 lockfile update already merged into main.

Validation: 127 tests locally and on Linux, plus a successful live download from the production bot configuration.
