• One-click release. Actions → Release (one click) on main checks that every version reference matches, the changelog has the section, the version is not tagged yet and CI passed on that commit, then tags it, creates the GitHub Release, dispatches Publish at the tag (npm, then ClawHub in the same run, so no separate ClawHub dispatch), and opens a PR pinning the repo's Hermes catalog entry to the tag. No more tagging from a local checkout, which once tagged an old commit (v2.18.1).
