m-ui v0.3.2

v0.3.2 adds a choice of interface themes and replaces the browser's own confirmation boxes with the panel's dialogs.

Three interface themes. Panel Settings → General → Panel Theme offers shadcn, Material Design 3 and Liquid Glass. The theme applies to the panel, the login page and the subscription pages, works in light, dark and ultra-dark mode, and is saved with the panel settings, so every browser and every subscription visitor sees the same one.
- shadcn: flat neutral surfaces with thin borders, the Geist font and Lucide icons.
- Material Design 3: tonal surfaces, pill-shaped buttons, M3 switches, tabs and segmented buttons, the Roboto font and Material Symbols icons.
- Liquid Glass: the look m-ui has had so far.
- The fonts and icons are built into the binary; nothing is loaded from the internet. Only the files of the chosen theme are sent to the browser.

shadcn is now the default theme, also for existing installations. After updating, the panel looks different. To keep the old look, choose Liquid Glass under Panel Settings → General → Panel Theme and save; the page reloads with it.
Confirmations and renames use the panel's own dialogs. Deleting an outbound, a rule, a client or an inbound, resetting traffic, revoking a device, restarting the panel and other actions used to ask with the browser's confirm box (a black system window in Chrome), and renaming a subscription template used the browser's prompt. These now open a panel dialog in the current theme and language. Destructive actions have a red button and the focus starts on Cancel, so pressing Enter alone never deletes anything; Esc or a click outside cancels.

The Connected Devices dialog (Panel Settings → Multi-control → Manage Devices) showed the error "$ is not a function or its return value is not iterable" every time it opened. It now lists the devices.

v0.3.2 新增可选的界面主题，并用面板自己的弹窗替换了浏览器原生的确认框。

三套界面主题。 「面板设置 → 常规 → 面板外观」可以选择 shadcn、Material Design 3 和 Liquid Glass（液态玻璃）。主题作用于面板、登录页和订阅页，支持亮色、暗色和超暗色，并保存在面板设置里，所以所有浏览器和订阅页访客看到的都是同一个主题。
- shadcn：平整的中性色界面、细边框，使用 Geist 字体和 Lucide 图标。
- Material Design 3：色调层次分明的界面、胶囊按钮，M3 风格的开关、标签页和分段按钮，使用 Roboto 字体和 Material Symbols 图标。
- Liquid Glass：m-ui 一直以来的外观。
- 字体和图标都打包在程序里，不会从外网加载；浏览器只会下载所选主题的文件。

默认主题改为 shadcn，已有安装也一样。 升级后面板外观会变。想保留原来的样子，在「面板设置 → 常规 → 面板外观」里选 Liquid Glass（液态玻璃） 并保存，页面会重新载入。
确认和重命名改用面板自己的弹窗。 删除出站、规则、客户端或入站，重置流量，吊销设备，重启面板等操作，以前用的是浏览器自带的确认框（Chrome 里是一个黑色的系统窗口），订阅模版重命名用的是浏览器的输入框。现在都改成跟随当前主题和语言的面板弹窗。危险操作用红色按钮，默认焦点在「取消」上，单按回车不会误删；按 Esc 或点击弹窗外面即取消。

「已接入的设备」弹窗（面板设置 → Multi-control → 管理设备）以前每次打开都报错 "$ is not a function or its return value is not iterable"，现在能正常列出设备。
