fix: collect every batch in the channel grid fallback

The subscriptions fallback took the first emission of a browse that emits batch
by batch, which cancels the continuation it was waiting on. That is where the
interrupted-request stacks in the log come from: four of them in the last
capture, each right after the fallback ran. Same change getChannel already has.

Upstream renewed YoutubeServiceManager and now calls switchNextFormat(boolean)
(force flag). The pinned VideoInfoService kept the old no-arg form, breaking
the build. The patched core now carries the matching signature while keeping
the TV-first client order. Adds a grep guard in the submodule update workflow
so a re-sync can't silently drop it again.
