chore: bump patched core to 648c2c9; guard switchNextFormat in sync

Upstream renewed YoutubeServiceManager and now calls switchNextFormat(boolean)
(force flag). The pinned VideoInfoService kept the old no-arg form, breaking
the build. The patched core now carries the matching signature while keeping
the TV-first client order. Adds a grep guard in the submodule update workflow
so a re-sync can't silently drop it again.
