1. Current Status Update
   • Sample Survey Pack Integration - Need updates on:
     • Bug fix Issue #114 - Cannot install in production
     • Sample survey pack is ready for additional step in metadeploy and waiting for the website update
       • David Reed working on this - he’s been really busy
   • iOS
     • Cori will add another user to the account so Shun can move the iOS code. (doc)
       • Status?
       • Cori will set up a call with Shun - Thursday
     • Next steps - Apple reviews it then will auto-publish. Timeline?
       • Jung, Shun, Jim - Research on handling iOS updates - any update?
       • Not had time to do that this month
2. Outstanding To Dos

       • Jung - would like this to be a VS Code package for use in any dev org.

     • Spanish Language Translation - Casey, Jim
       • Need to get how to’s to volunteers
       • CMDT used for page layouts
       • DV - point Jim at the json files

     • Need a documented flow/process doc for dealing with posts/bugs/requests - Need volunteers still!
       • DV will work on with Shun

     • Paused due to SF staffing changes
3. Feature Roadmap
   • What are next steps for each of these
     • Upload/Attach Files to Survey on Mobile Device
       • Shun working on prototype branch
     • Support more field types - DateTime, MSP
       • Same as above for this one- Shun will work on prototype
     • Translation to Spanish
       • See above
       • Mobile Client will need to be updated for this once we have the translations
4. March Virtual Sprint
   • 15 people who have chosen us to volunteer with GRMS so far
     • Cori will give us the list 3ish weeks ahead of time this time so we can chat with them in Slack or reach out ahead of time
   • Ideas from last time
     • Demo presentation - getting feedback from folks
       • Can walk folks through
       • Have them hook up their mobiles to a demo org
   • What else?
     • More folks on the documentation proofing
     • Create 2-3 minute How To Video Install Scripts for GRMS
     • New Roadmap Poll
     • Need a social/marketing person
       • Write up social marketing ideas
       • Dreamin’ presentation outlines
     • More Devs needed! (always)
     • Newbies/Want to Install room if we have folks to cover it
     • Do a role play for this - an admin and a field worker- look for gaps
     • More survey packs
       • Form for folks to identify more surveys for GRMS/User cases
