dsh-agnes-image v1.4.2
1.4.2
- The README leads with what you get. Both language versions open with the pitch — 4K stills, 4–12 s 720P video on Agnes's free queue, a one-click prompt optimizer — followed by the install command and a demo animation, instead of making the reader scroll through the file table first.
screenshots/demo.gif. Five real panel frames (Images → Videos → Image library → Video library → Settings) at 1100×596, 308 KB, so the first thing a visitor sees is the panel working rather than a static screenshot table.- Version bumped in both places.
package.jsonand theversionfieldstatus()returns now report1.4.2.

dsh-agnes-image v1.4.1
1.4.1
- The tarball's docs catch up with the repository. 1.4.0 was packed before the npm installation notes landed, so the published README had no
npm installpath anddocs/install*.mdstill described the old copy-only flow. 1.4.1 ships the same docs the repository shows. - LICENSE names the holder. The publish step used to substitute
{{COPYRIGHT_HOLDER}}; the file itself now carries the name, so the tarball no longer ships a template placeholder. - One
package.jsoneverywhere. Repository publishing stopped rewritingkeywords, enginesandhomepage, so the repository copy is byte-identical to the one inside the tarball. - Docs pin
npm install dsh-agnes-imageinstead of a version, so they cannot go stale between releases.

dsh-agnes-image v1.4.0
1.4.0
- Cards carry a thumbnail by default. Collapsed cards now show a thumbnail on top and the file name below (images 96×96, video posters 160×90); the prompt, media facts and action buttons live behind the expand chevron. The expand area stays in the DOM and animates
grid-template-rows: 0fr → 1fr, and is markedinertwhile collapsed. - Double-click opens, chevron expands. Only the thumbnail/poster responds to a double click and hands the file to the desktop's default application; the file name and the chevron only toggle expansion.
- Video posters without ffmpeg. The panel grabs a frame with a hidden
<video>+ canvas and posts it toPOST /api/agnes-image/video-cover, which stores<same stem>-cover.pngnext to the file and recordscoverinvideo-history.json/video-tasks.json. Failures onlyconsole.warn. Refreshing the Library back-fills at most 3 old records. - No in-panel video playback anywhere, and the Library renders both kinds as small card grids (segmented Images/Videos switch).
- Honest progress bar. A running video job shows the real upstream percentage (0/10/70/100); when it has not changed for more than 12 s (
VIDEO_STALL_MS) the bar becomes flowing stripes and the caption says the number comes from upstream, together with elapsed seconds. Image jobs show an indeterminate striped bar plus elapsed time — no invented numbers. - Motion layer. Tab switches slide 450 ms / 40 px on
cubic-bezier(.16,1,.3,1)with direction following tab order, an orange inset-ring pill slides to the active tab in step (purecalc(), no DOM measurement), and thumbnails scale 1.03× with an orange ring on hover. Everything honoursprefers-reduced-motion: reduce. Slide keyframes animatetransformonly — anopacitystart made tall form tabs flash the bare panel background for ~100 ms. - Panel-only credentials.
Config.apiKeyand the environment-variable fallback are gone; the key is read from the panel's Settings tab only (%DSH_HOME%\agnes-image\settings.json). Without a key the generation/optimize entry points refuse withNo Agnes API key configured: ….statusreturns onlykeySourceand a maskedkeyHint. - Twelve routes (adds
/openand/video-cover); every route declaresrequestBody: 'buffered'. - Published to npm as
dsh-agnes-image@1.4.0(zero dependencies, fileslimited to source, docs and screenshots).
