UI Tweaks (Scrollbars, Skeletons, etc)

Made the following changes:

• Fixed the scrollbar not looking how I intended it to be
• Modified the child-tasks-list UI component underneath task details at the /task pages
• Added some skeletons to make the UI feel slightly more responsive at times. Unfortunately, this didn't address an issue that has been bothering me where if the production app is used for the first time in a while, navigating between pages feels really slow and unresponsive while the user waits for serverless backend infrastructure on Vercel to spin up.
• Refactored a few things and fixed some bugs

This is the last major change I intend to make on this project. I've had a blast working on this but it's time I move on to other ideas. This application is still miles away from a state where it is something real people would use but I learned many things from this experience.
