Missing entries in SelectionView

Describe the bug

Some functions like config_context or get_context in the module sklearn._config don't show up in the selection view.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open module sklearn._config.
2. Check listed functions.

Expected behavior

config_context or get_context should be listed there.
