results leads with the net change in controllable starting context, then how many sessions started below the first snapshot. trim --apply turns off only MCP servers quiet for 30 days and leaves ego-browser on unless you clear the keep-list. The Codex guard reads back to local midnight so today's share of a weekly window is not missed.

  • results leads with the net change in the controllable starting context, then says how many sessions started below the first snapshot. The estimated tokens-not-re-sent figure stays, after that line.
  • trim --apply turns off only MCP servers that have been quiet for 30 days. Servers unused in the report window but used within 30 days are listed and left on. install, doctor --fix, and a trim report (not trim keep, --undo, or --share) seed ego-browser on the keep-list when it has never been set. An empty keep-list refuses --apply unless you pass --yes.
  • The Codex guard reads back to local midnight, and at least the last two hours, so today's share of a weekly window can see a reading from before midnight.
