Read mailbox messages with empty optional fields

samva mailboxes read accepts messages with null campaign and sender fields, including with
--json. Mailbox responses keep dates as strings and preserve null fields in JSON output.

Update template authoring dependencies

The CLI bundles SML 0.22.1 and Effect 4.1.2 for local template authoring and rendering.
