Clear a catch-all webhook without interrupting receiving

Pass endpointId: null to email.updateCatchAllConfig to remove a catch-all's webhook endpoint
while keeping catch-all enabled. Set unknownRecipientMailboxId in the same update to send
unknown-address mail to that mailbox; without a mailbox, unknown addresses are dropped without a
bounce. Omitted settings stay unchanged.

samva email receiving update <domainId> sets or clears the webhook endpoint and unknown-recipient
mailbox in one request.

List and read templates on every channel

samva templates list and samva templates get read email, WhatsApp, and SMS templates through
the SDK, including its automatic read retries. An organization holding templates on more than one
channel no longer fails while decoding the response.

Reject undeclared JSON input fields

Breaking: remove undeclared fields from JSON command input, including nested objects. For
samva webhooks update <id> --data, replace events with eventTypes. Template and journey JSON
must also match the fields their operations declare. Arbitrary template data, metadata, and webhook
test data remain supported.

Invalid input fails before sending a request and names each rejected field. API errors preserve
MalformedRequestError and its field guidance so scripts can correct the request before retrying.
