Anisotropic 3D DBSCAN
Initial release v1.0.0
of Anisotropic 3D DBSCAN code associated with the manuscript Anisotropic DBSCAN for 3D SMLM data clustering by Pilar Lörzing*, Philipp Schake*, and Michael Schlierf.
Code is implemented in Google Colab for (i) simulating a cell containing clusters with adjustable localisation precision, (ii) Clustering the simulated data with an anisotropic DBSCAN implementation, (iii) Cluster your own data with the given anisotropic DBSCAN implementation.
