What's New
- Beta, final and dev builds now store settings, saved locations, filter sets, index caches, snapshots and backup passwords separately.
- Added automated checks for filter scope, snapshot selection, folder-change notifications and indexing a synthetic catalog of 2,000 files. All 26 tests passed.
- Corrected the local Dev build location and added ad-hoc signing for Dev builds.
- Updated build documentation and README wording. The release badge now includes betas, and GitHub generates the changelog link without separate release-note files in the repository.
- Updated both manuals with guidance on separate local data and first launch.
Beta 2 uses its own data area. It does not automatically import settings or indexes from Beta 1, final or dev builds. Add your locations and scan them once. Existing data remains intact. Later updates within the same channel retain that channel's data.

- The available-update notice can now be dismissed. It remains hidden until FileAtlas finds a newer release.
- Rule-match notices can now be dismissed without removing the matching results.
- Adjusted the toolbar spacing so the FileAtlas label no longer touches the rounded control group.
- All 26 automated tests passed.

Additional release notes
- Snapshot comparison results are visible in the comparison window again.
- Automatic scans keep the two newest snapshots for each saved folder. Manually saved snapshots remain available separately.
- Development builds and automated tests now use separate locations, so tests do not replace the local development app.
