FileAtlas 1.9.0 Beta 3
New
- A friendly first-launch screen appears only while FileAtlas has no saved locations, recent locations, or indexed entries.
- Add a folder, open the matching manual, or choose optional guided help with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude.
- The three services use local official logos. Selecting one copies a general prompt to the clipboard and opens only the chosen website.
Privacy
- The prepared prompt contains only general FileAtlas guidance and the public manual link for the selected app language.
- FileAtlas never includes local paths, catalog contents, files, credentials, licenses, or other user data, and never pastes or sends the prompt automatically.
Improvements
- Update checks now recognize newer published beta releases as well as stable releases.
- German and English PDF manuals document the first-launch help and its privacy behavior.
Testing
- The new automated tests cover the three service URLs, both language-specific manual links, and the data-minimal prompts.
