Fix: Explorer tab automation no longer freezes the UI

Opening a multi-folder mtab (Explorer tab group) now runs entirely on a dedicated background STA thread. Previously, SendKeys.SendWait + Clipboard + Shell COM ran on the dispatcher thread, blocking the UI for the duration of the automation.
