Drop Support / Deprecate PhantomJS docker image #583
Description
From version 3.6.0 most (all?) of the Selenium bindings are having PhantomJS as deprecated, therefore we should also align and stop releasing new PhantomJS image versions.
In addition, it is the least pulled image.
