- Use ISO 639-1 for language release names.
- Added VS mode.
- Added save file synchronization.

- Fixed a desync caused by stage timers not resetting on level load.
- Fixed the German world map "all Star Coins spent" graphic.
- Fixed desync when using a Mega Mushroom near a Mega Goomba.
