Fixed

• Launch at login is on by default, for everyone. Only a brand-new install ever switched it
  on, so installing or reinstalling over existing settings — or an entry the uninstaller had
  removed — left Hangly off at sign-in. 2.1.2 turns it on once for every installation; after that,
  turning off Launch at login in Customize, or Hangly in Task Manager → Startup apps is respected.
