Puff v0.1.6

Windows installer for Puff. Run Puff-Setup.exe.

• Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Puff needs Docker Desktop (it starts the memory database for you) and at least one agent CLI: Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode.
• The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may say "unknown publisher". Choose More info, then Run anyway.
• Already installed? Run it again: it updates your install in place and keeps your projects and memory.

What is new: a live Tasks view with the graph's reason for each task and one-click "Open in "; a Memory screen with every lesson's state and trust; plan lanes, call-path waiting reasons and a vector index for similar failures (a 30 MB model downloads once); and fixes found on real projects (a failing check no longer fails every task, landing your own work after a failed try works, the type-check works under Windows PowerShell).
