UWPA V1.0.13 test release

Update level: routine

Changes:

  • Uses the tray icon as the Control Panel title-bar icon so the app branding matches in both places.
  • Adds automatic background update checks that notify users when a new version is available.
  • Sends the update notification once per available version, so users are not repeatedly nagged.
  • Adds update priority wording so release notes can tell the launcher whether to say "Update now" or "Update whenever".
  • Changes the Settings label from automatic install to automatic update checks, since background checks now notify instead of silently installing.
