UWPA 2.0.0.8 keeps the bundled server available after unexpected stops.

Changes:

  • Adds a launcher watchdog that restarts the server if it crashes or stops unexpectedly while auto-start is enabled.
  • Respects deliberate Stop, Exit, and update-install shutdowns.
  • Restarts the server after resume when it was running before suspend.
  • Builds release metadata with the actual build timestamp.

Validation:

  • python -m py_compile launcher.py updater.py server.py
  • Built 32-bit PyInstaller launcher/server package.
  • Smoke-tested UWPortalServer.exe /health with HTTP 200.
