TDL Version 1.0.0-beta

This beta version of the TDL Library handles the dominant feature of the project.

Over here is the feature that you can utilize in this version:

• create a black window inside the terminal.
• Load texture from PNG File and manage his size, scale, position and rotation .
• Create a sprite for holding the texture and display inside the terminal.
• Get the event from the keyboard, and an resize of the window.
