• pythia6: Build from ShipSoft/pythia6, which restores the PDFLIB dummy
  routines (PDFSET, STRUCTM, STRUCTP); libPythia6.so had them as
  undefined symbols, so executables could not link against it
• XRootD: Provide setuptools for the build of the Python bindings, which
  XRootD 6.2 needs at configure time
• ROOT: Quote list-valued cache variables when collecting the root-config
  arguments, so that ROOT 6.40.02 configures with CMake 4.4
