Roblox Studio Bridge 0.2.2

Download RobloxStudioBridge.rbxm below and replace the local plugin file, then restart Studio. Update older plugins to 0.2.2 for place-switch reconnect protection. The 0.2.0 wire format is unchanged. Installation steps are in the README.

Changelog

  • Rotate the Studio client identity after a place change so reconnecting cannot consume the previous place's queued edits.
  • Clean up draft roots when grounding or zone creation fails, and preserve original error locations.
  • Make the long-command ownership regression independent of a short wall-clock timeout and verify queues remain with the original client.

Verification

  • npm run check passed, 30 tests.
  • npm run test:plugin passed, 13 executable Luau tests against the built .rbxm.
  • npm run validate:skill passed.
  • npm audit reported zero vulnerabilities.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Live Studio 0.743 stdio MCP round trip passed for ping, SceneSpec dry-run/apply, nested geometry, CFrame property checks, map validation, and instance creation.
