chore: sync filtered opsiforce history from sima

Source: SimaDevelopment/sima main at c04a25c275dd07931965938c5a752943c824ee05.
Export: 5cf4c785e639341ef269b17f9126ba42fe1bbde2.

Export packages/opsiforce with its history and source LICENSE. Exclude
OPSIFORCE_SYNC.md, agent-config/private, backend/src/private,
frontend/src/private, and generated deployment branding. Retain the
already-published scripts/private historical exception from PR #1711.

Preserve standalone history with a merge: the previous target tree exactly
matches the filtered source at c98ee49d05865cc7689d74150aa7b6e597d4d254.
The resulting tree is identical to the latest filtered export.
