Export packages/opsiforce with its history and source LICENSE. Exclude
OPSIFORCE_SYNC.md, agent-config/private, backend/src/private,
frontend/src/private, and generated deployment branding per PR #1711.
Retain the existing scripts/private historical exception.

Preserve standalone history with a merge. The prior export is an ancestor
of this export; the resulting tree exactly matches the filtered source.
