🥝 Krum fix and Python 3.15 support

This patch fixes the scores computed by Krum and KrumWeighting, and adds official support for Python 3.15. Thanks a lot to @AryanRG for the fix and to @mattbuot for the work on Python 3.15!

• Added Python 3.15 classifier in pyproject.toml (we now also run tests on Python 3.15 in the CI).

Fixed

• Fixed Krum and KrumWeighting ranking rows by sums of Euclidean distances instead of squared Euclidean distances, as required by Krum and Multi-Krum. This could select a different gradient or a different set of gradients to average.
