SUPERSEDED by Beta 1.2 - new installs should use https://github.com/Skeeee343/TimeNotice/releases/tag/beta-1.2.

Heuristic dip-grace (game launch no longer resets the 60s clock on one bad reading, faster GPU pickup on fresh launches, drop reasons in debug.log). Save leaves Settings open. Tray/taskbar reopen brings Settings to front. No install: download TimeNotice.exe and run. Settings live in %AppData%/TimeNotice. SmartScreen will warn (unsigned beta, expected): More info, Run anyway. Defender scan clean on 1.0 codebase plus these changes.
