Pick your colours

• Colour themes: codemax (pink), Claude Code, Ocean, Teal, Mono. Choose in setup, /config → Colours, or /theme <name>.

See what your agents are doing

• Reads and searches fold into one live line ("Read 3 files, searched for 1 pattern"); the spinner names the current step.
• A short preview of each agent's reasoning.
• Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, Grok and Antigravity are asked to say what they're about to do and what they found, as Claude Code does (/config to turn off).
• Usage-limit warnings on the prompt's top border, as in Claude Code ("You've used 91% of your weekly limit · resets Fri 3:00 PM"), for Claude and Codex.
• Agent warnings (retries, model fallback, Codex config warnings) shown, no longer mixed into replies.

Usage you can trust

• Costs come from the agents' own figures: no re-counting after restarts, no double counting. Older usage logs overcounted Claude and are cleared once.

Smoother

• codemax --resume opens a full-screen thread list with search and preview.
• The prompt stays usable while an agent asks permission; built-in commands run mid-turn; a digit answers only when alone.
• Shift+Tab reaches auto mode and each agent's own modes.
• A "what's new" box for 5 seconds after /update; darker diff colours.
