4.5.0
I’ll only release further updates for this version if any breaking bugs are found.
- Refreshed the Manual Damage / Healing dialog with clearer sections, a target list, damage breakdown rows, and a live remaining-total summary.
- Enter the damage roll’s total as a cap, then split it across one or more D&D 5e damage types. The components cannot exceed the cap.
- Optionally mark all components as Magical, Silvered, or Adamantine so D&D 5e can account for physical damage resistance bypass rules.
- When you apply damage to selected targets, D&D 5e calculates their resistances and immunities from the typed components. Combat Stats records the HP actually lost.
- Healing and temporary HP continue to use their respective D&D 5e application paths.
- You can still add source statistics only when HP have already been changed.
Limitation: You must enter the rolled damage total manually. The dialog checks that the components do not exceed the cap, but it does not read or verify the total against a chat roll. Live testing in Foundry is still pending.
I’ll be back with more releases once MidiQOL’s module for D&D 5e 6.x is publicly available.
I know there’s already a downloadable version, and I have it. But before releasing an update, I want to make absolutely sure everything works. :D
