A mistake in smeldr.config now stops the boot, naming the line (T1127, D178).smeldr.config (the default ./smeldr.config, or the file SMELDR_CONFIG names) now refuses three things, with an error that names the line: an unknown key (the error lists the accepted keys), a line that is not key = value, and the key secret. The secret error never shows the value. Before, an unknown key and a line without = were ignored silently, and secret caused a panic. An error in the default ./smeldr.config now refuses the boot too. Before, any error in that file made Smeldr drop the whole file silently, so none of its keys applied. A missing file is still skipped. ValidateConfig returns these errors on the smeldr_config field, MustConfig panics with them, and smeldr-server names SMELDR_CONFIG in its message. docs/SELF_HOSTING.md now documents the config file, its keys, which source wins, and that BASE_URL is required alongside SECRET. This is a minor release because a config that boots today can stop booting after the upgrade: a smeldr.config with a stale or misspelled key, a stray line, or an invalid value in the default file now stops the boot. Check the file before upgrading.

The agent jobs table is created at boot (T1129). With ENABLE_AGENTS set on a fresh database, smeldr-server did not create the agent_jobs table. The boot logged scheduler init failed: load jobs: no such table: agent_jobs, and every agent job call failed, although the server started. The server now creates the table (CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS) before it starts the agent module, after the boot checks, so a refused boot still writes nothing. A database that already has the table is not changed.
