A crash fix for Search in Book, and crash logs now say VaultInk (kos25k #24).

  • Search in Book: pressing Back on the keyboard before typing anything crashed the device. Back now returns to the reader menu.
  • Crash logs start with "VaultInk version" instead of "CrossPoint version".

Traced from the crash logs; tested on the computer, not on a device yet. Full list: CHANGELOG.md.
