Learn about vigilant mode.

Added everything that makes Makk's version amazing to this one, and now no longer overlaps the actionbar.

Full patch notes:

  • Added status indicators steering, braking, accelerating
  • Moved compact mode downwards
  • Reverted GUI graphics update to recenter compact mode
  • Removed unused Mixin
  • Colorshifted the icon to indicate that it's a different mod from stock
  • Added myself as a contributor in the ModMenu display
