0.1.6 community patch

This resolves the issue of needing debug libraries from VS to run the soft. So sorry I published debug releases for the others helping me develop and this oversight happened.

Also added logging for bad HIDglove connections, hopefully we get something useful from this, please test and use the issues tab here or the OpenPulse Error Thread in discord.

I also am testing a new way of passing the haptics data so let me know if haptics are or aren't working in the Supported mods of OpenGloves.
