0.2.6 Renewed Controls

Hello again handers,

I've added a startup solution for those who have had some issues with connecting with the driver.
I've confirmed Splay, Flex, and these controls work, however haptics is still unconfirmed. That is my focus to get to 0.2.7

Mainly this update has new controls which with some steam VR bindings changes allows HLA to be fully playable with the gloves

Now this is the new controls layout for OpenPulse

Grip- ring or pinky finger curled
Trigger- Index curled
"Crouch"(Jump teleport in HLA)-- middle finger fully curled (This emulates the last 10% of the joyY negative range)
A button- thumb partially curled while holding your middle finger straight
Joy stick Button --thumb curled fully(rebind this to access the inventory for your guns in HLA)
