v3.2.0 mermaid-first + STE100 default

STE100 is the default voice. Google style is exclusive opt-in. Mermaid is the default diagram tool including class, ER, state, sequence, flowchart, and C4. PlantUML leftover types and Salt wireframes always render as PNG or SVG. GitHub wiki keeps mermaid fences. Confluence uploads images for both.
