Support official DSH 0.2.1-rc.5 while retaining 0.2.0-rc.2 and 0.2.1-rc.2 compatibility (>=0.2.0-rc.2 <0.3.0-0 || 0.2.1-rc.2 || 0.2.1-rc.5).

Treat the leading reasoning signature envelope in raw reasoning frames as metadata so it cannot hide the first prose opening, trigger a false discard, pollute the preview, or inflate prose timing, while preserving raw JSONL stream persistence.

Fix client session navigation by declaring the workspace UI dependency and using uiWorkspace.openSession instead of the nonexistent sessions.open. This resolves a pre-existing issue from 1.7.0 where client activation failed on all supported official runtimes.

Support official DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 while retaining 0.2.0-rc.2 compatibility (>=0.2.0-rc.2 <0.3.0-0 || 0.2.1-rc.2), and send probe prompts with the producer-owned source.kind ('dsh-plugin-rollout-scout') instead of the retired generic 'plugin' kind. Both 0.2.0-rc.2 and 0.2.1-rc.2 enforce format-v4 message admission and reject source.kind === 'plugin', so this fix also restores probe execution on 0.2.0-rc.2 (where the published 1.6.0 failed admission).

验证：本地自动化测试、实际发布包检查及官方 DSH 0.1.2-rc.1 隔离浏览器验收通过，未记录到应用控制台错误。模型相关测试使用本地离线实现。
