Print to PDF V1.2.0

This ElkArte addon replaces the default print button with a create PDF.
Clicking the PDF button will output a PDF to the browser of the topic, including images and links. The user can then print or save the PDF

• Update tfdpf library to latest version
• Improve support for gallery attachments
• Fix issue where an ILA image may be reused instead of the current one
• Improve spacing / sizing of images
• Change to use/require DomDocument functions
