Fix
A layout now has to buy back twice the pixels per source pixel before the picture is cut up. The bar used to sit at 1.02, so a screenshot barely over the budget arrived as four fragments even though the provider would have printed it almost as large.

v0.1.6
Tiles oversized images before admission, so the model sees them at readable resolution instead of one downscaled thumbnail.
What it does
- Replaces the local attachment store path for images: any image whose area exceeds the harness pixel ceiling is split into a grid of tiles, each under the ceiling, and all tiles are admitted in the same message.
- Tile count and per-tile budget follow the limits the store itself reports (
maxImagesPerMessage, normalizedImageMaxPixels) instead of hard-coded numbers. - No settings of its own: the plugin declares no configuration keys.
- Two safety rails: a minimum tile span of 64 px and a real per-tile byte check, so it bails out instead of emitting unusable slivers.
Verified on DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 in an isolated profile: an 8000x8000 screenshot becomes 20 tiles of 2000x1600, all 20 admitted in a single message (median contrast 29.7, versus 11.2 for the single downscaled baseline). Test suite: node test/geometry.test.mjs -> 775 checks passed, node test/admission.test.mjs -> 21 checks passed.

Requirements: DSH >=0.2.0-rc.1 <0.3.0 (Node 20+), sharp ^0.35.3 (a normal dependency, imported lazily so a missing binary never blocks host boot).
