Release Highlights

• Dashboard waits for the collector run to finish, and Btrfs and ZFS scrub times use local time (#1142) - Fixes #1138
  • The dashboard "Run collectors" button now waits for the collector run to finish before it reloads the page. Before this fix it reloaded after a fixed 15 seconds, which was often before the collectors had sent new data. The dashboard checks run status every 2 seconds and stops waiting after 10 minutes. If a run is already in progress, the button shows a message and waits for that run instead of starting a second one.
  • The API has a new GET /api/collectors/run endpoint that returns {"success": true, "running": }. POST /api/collectors/run now returns 409 while a run is in progress. Each collector run has a 5 minute timeout, and the run no longer waits an extra second after the last collector.
  • Btrfs scrub start and finish times are now read in the host's local time. Before this fix they were stored as UTC, so they were off by the host's time zone offset. A finished Btrfs scrub now reports the bytes it covered instead of 0. ZFS scrub and resilver times had the same time zone bug and are also read in local time now.
