v1.2.1
Renpho MCP Server 1.2.1
The first tagged source release brings together the login and measurement-history fixes now on main.
Fixes
- Login request headers: include
appVersionandplatform, preserving the encrypted payload and safe numeric error reporting. Addresses the missing-header contract reported in #19. (#21) - Complete history display: render every selected measurement instead of stopping at 20 rows. The MCP tool still enforces the requested limit, up to 500 rows. (#14)
- Current-user pagination: continue past other users' classic measurements and short newest pages. Incomplete bounded scans fail explicitly rather than returning misleading empty or partial history. (#17)
Package metadata, MCP initialization, and health-check output now agree on version 1.2.1. The README also corrects Claude Code's MCP configuration locations. Existing MorphoScan integration and sync diagnostics are included, not newly introduced by this patch.
Install from source
This is not an npm publication and does not include a prebuilt executable. With Node.js 18+ and pnpm installed:
git clone --branch v1.2.1 --depth 1 https://github.com/StartupBros-com/renpho-mcp-server.git
cd renpho-mcp-server
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts
pnpm run buildThen follow the configuration instructions and point your MCP client at the built dist/index.js. The locked installation above does not run dependency lifecycle scripts.
Verification
- 126/126 tests pass on Node 18.20.8, 20.10.0, and 24.12.0, with no skipped tests.
- 10 additional consecutive full-suite runs pass on Node 24 after making the diagnostics-cache tests independent of wall-clock second boundaries. The tests still assert cache reuse and now also assert a fresh scan when the cutoff changes; production caching is unchanged.
- TypeScript checks, ESLint, and build pass.
- Compiled MCP initialization, all nine tool registrations, and health-check version output pass on all three runtimes using synthetic provider responses.
Known limits
- No live Renpho account/device validation was performed for this release. Automated provider tests use synthetic encrypted responses and mocked fetch. #11, #18, and #19 remain live-acceptance follow-ups.
- Classic current-user scans retain at most 1,000 records per table and make at most six page requests. Chronological ordering and accurate cached device counts remain assumptions. An incomplete classic scan rejects combined history even when advanced measurements exist.
- Advanced history retains its 1,000-record limit and explicit failure behavior for unsupported or malformed responses. Some Wi-Fi measurements may still require app-side synchronization before account binding appears.
See CHANGELOG.md for details. No dependency versions or runtime requirements changed in this release preparation.
