Breaking for live quotes — dynamics protocol v4: a security is named by order_book_id alone. Quote and the other records, subscription receipts and gap notices no longer carry instrument_id / exchange_id / instrument_type (C++: order_book_id is a field). Older clients cannot subscribe to the current gateway.

Breaking for some results — no server-internal identities: permanent_id (and event_id, confirmed_by_revision, child_permanent_id, listing_id, identity_quality) are gone; join on order_book_id.

Quota — factors and prices count against the daily traffic quota and are admitted on an estimate: refused (1401) over a 512 MB per-call cap or over what is left of today's quota; no more free-tier clamps on factors.
