V1 Release

V1 will probably stay as the final version for a while as I think its basically finished for what a discord bot should do.
Suggestions for more features are welcome but do not expect me to implement them all. Some features like emotes are not how I envision the project, but you are welcome to fork it to add it to your own bot.
