小热修：给「自定义 OpenAI」入口加防呆。

修复

• 如果把 https://.../anthropic 这类 Anthropic 兼容端点填进「自定义 OpenAI」，现在新建、编辑、获取模型、激活都会明确提示改用「自定义 Anthropic」。
• 避免 Kimi / 其它 Anthropic 兼容地址被误拼成 OpenAI Chat Completions 路径。

验证

• Rust 单测：125 passed
• Clippy：0 warnings
• Python 代理测试：111 passed
• test/run_all.sh：ALL GREEN
• gitleaks：no leaks found
