⬆️ Upgrading from v0.2.0 — installs in place

v0.3.0 is signed with the same release key as v0.2.0, so Android accepts it as an update over the installed app. No uninstall, no data loss. The in-app updater (Settings → Auto-update) picks it up on the next cold start.

✨ What's new

• Reliable tactile feedback — gesture feedback now goes through the platform vibrator instead of the system touch-feedback setting, so tab drags, long-presses and the search-provider carousel keep their haptics even when the system haptic toggle is off. A new Vibration switch in Settings → Interaction lets you turn it off entirely.
• Faster ad blocking — the ad-block engine works on a narrow stats contract instead of the whole settings repository, and the blocked-request counters are now updated in one place.
• Cleaner architecture — the domain layer no longer touches android.* types, the external-app icon travels as bytes and is decoded in the UI, and the file chooser no longer casts the activity to a concrete type. No behavioural change, but it removes a set of crash and test gaps.
