chore: update .gitignore, Dockerfile, and Next.js configuration

- Added .env.development and .vscode to .gitignore to prevent tracking of development-specific files.
- Changed the base image in Dockerfile from node:22-alpine to node:22-slim for improved compatibility and performance.
- Updated next.config.ts to include rewrites for the LangGraph API and adjusted formatting for better readability.
- Removed the node-ssh dependency from package.json and updated pnpm-lock.yaml accordingly to streamline package management.
- Refactored environment variable handling in layout components to simplify access to deployment URLs.
