Markdown help keeps underscores and asterisks inside single-backtick spans. module help no longer treats those characters as italic or bold markers. Emphasis outside the spans is unchanged.
Short-name load suggestions such as module load boost now record the spider full name in the regression output, matching the 9.4.4 suggestion behavior.
