Auto-create mode for report command

This pull request introduces a new zero-setup workflow for uploading test results to TestCollab via the CLI, centered around the new --auto-create flag for the report command.

These changes make it much easier to integrate TestCollab into CI pipelines by removing setup friction and providing clear, actionable documentation for both new and existing workflows.
