• Focusing the side-ask box pauses the card countdown and blur resumes it; sending moves the card to "waits for you", so waiting for an answer can no longer time the card out.
• Side-ask state is per question (busy / error / cancel no longer leak across questions), with a cancel button and a 20-turn thread cap.
• Host side-thread turns are numbered consecutively; the active question is marked by wire position; skipped questions are described to the model.
• A fork child established before a failed startActivation stays covered by the read-only guard.
• Single-select answers with custom text send an empty selected, matching the official composer; the option context menu is intercepted only when a note can open.
• Option accessible names include description, recommendation, and note state; an empty question batch falls back safely.
• The client's RemoteCommands type now models remote.commands.execute; @deepseek-ai/dsh-api-remotes is declared as a peer dependency.

• 右键任意选项，就地展开补充框；备注随答案一起提交给模型。
• 底部旁问区可以先追问模型，回答直接流式显示，不提交、不改写当前答案。
• 左键选择、自由输入、多选与提交语义保持官方原样。
• 计划审查、审批等非选择题卡片不接管，继续走官方实现。
• 旁问只读取当前会话上下文，不写入主会话，不破坏主对话缓存前缀。

• 本版本要求 Node.js >= 20。
